Seed Healthcare Leads Strategic Investment in Diadem

Partnership supports U.S. commercialization of Diadem’s blood-based Alzheimer’s diagnostic technology

Seed Healthcare today announced it has led a strategic investment in Diadem, an Italian company developing blood-based diagnostics for the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative conditions. As lead investor, Seed Healthcare will work alongside Diadem’s leadership to support U.S. commercialization and will hold two seats on the company’s Board of Directors.
The investment expands Seed Healthcare’s portfolio of companies advancing earlier disease detection, precision diagnostics, and technologies that support more proactive healthcare. company is focused on expanding access to blood-based testing that can be more easily integrated into routine clinical care in the U.S.
Diadem, based in Milan, is developing AlzoSure Predict, a proprietary blood-based prognostic technology. The test is designed to identify individuals at risk of progressing to Alzheimer’s disease years before symptoms become clinically apparent through, offering a more accessible and scalable alternative to existing diagnostics. The platform has been clinically validated across more than 900 patient samples, has received Breakthrough Device Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and carries CE-IVD marking in Europe.
